Description

Few steps away from city heart, ?Soggiorno Madrid? is a real comfortable B&B.
It is located very close to the central railway main-station of Florence
(Santa Maria Novella), nearby congress and expo centres of Fortezza da Basso
and Stazione Leopolda.
The main historical florentine monuments are easy to reach, on foot or by bus.

You can choose double room, twin room, three people room
(a double bed + a single one / three single beds).
For child, less than 5 years old, it?s available a free charge child bed.
Rooms are well furnished, all with private bathroom, air conditioning unit,
TV, telephone, PC connection, kattle for coffee and tea.
Bathrooms are provided of toilet, shower, hair dryer and linen.
Cleaning is daily executed.
At check-in you will receive your own keys to get in and out any time
you like.

Rates are reasonable and besides taxes and services, include:
-free charge Internet point
-reservations for museums
-reservations for Florence city tours, for excursions to Pisa, Siena,
San Gimignano, Lucca and Chianti (organized by Caf tour and travel)
-city map at check-in
-iron

Small domestic animals are welcome.

We don't have any closed parking, but we recommend the two following possibilities:
- to choose a private garage, which the price is about Euro 25,00 per day
- to park the car on streets nearby our B&B, which the price is Euro 12,00 per day
(The daily price is up how many hours you will let parked your car:
from Monday to Saturday Euro 1,00 per hour from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm,
Sundays and Bank holidays are free charge).

Check-in : not before 01:00 p.m
Check-out: not later than 10:30 a.m.

Our reception service is regulary open from 08:00 a.m. till 08:00 p.m.
If you are going to arrive after 08:00 p.m., but not later than 11:00 p.m.,
advise us in advance, with an e-mail or with a phone-call

We kindly inform our Guests that no rate will be charged
on their own credit cards, sent at moment of reservation.
Credit cards are only a guarantee.

All cancellations must be communicate at least 2 days
prior to 01:00 p.m. of check-in day to avoid a penalty (one night rate).

Directions

- by Car from Motorway A1 and Motorway A11 -
Firenze Nord exit - direction city centre - always straight and you will enter the Viale Guidoni - drive on until the end
(new university pole, where on your right side there are big red buildings) - keeping your right, at traffic lamp,
turn to via Forlanini - drive till the end (there is a roundabout) - turn around and drive till traffic lamp
- straight on (you are already in viale F, Redi) - at the end (after several traffic lamps) there is Soggiorno Madrid
(Viale Francesco Redi nr. 1).

- by Bus from main railway-station Firenze S.M.N.-
from the train platform to the big station-hall - go to the left exit - to the bus stop take bus nr. 23 -
ask to the bus driver about the first stop of Viale Redi -
go back about 20 meters and cross the street - there is Soggiorno Madrid (Viale Francesco Redi nr. 1).

- on foot -
from the train platform to the big station-hall - go to the right exit - go down the stairs - go to right and straight on -
you enter Via Luigi Alamanni - at 1st traffic lamp cross the avenue (Viale Fratelli Rosselli) -
you enter Via Guido Monaco - go on until nearly the end and cross the street - in front of you there is
a big avenue (Viale Belfiore) - turn to right for about 20 meters. - there is a traffic lamp - in front of you there is
a crossing and just in the middle-point a fir tree, Soggiorno Madrid door is in the back, at the opposite side of crossing
- follow the indication to cross the avenues with traffic lamps.
